Hello Community,
For a few weeks now I have had the problem that I cannot use some letters (e.g. p,ü,ö,ä,-,0,ß) on my German keyboard. I always have to press the keys for many seconds before anything appears. Sometimes I can click on one of the keys, but that letter will only appear if I press another of those keys.
I hope you have some ideas that I can try. As I am a student working on my final dissertation, I am reliant on my laptop and cannot send it to HP.
