I have a 65W charger at home, with an multiport hub limited to 100W power. I want to charge my laptop with the 65W charger but when I connect it to the laptop there isn't any sign of charging. It's impossible to use a lower wattage charger or it's normal?

What is the charger it was delivered with?

The manual shows that the design specifications are for the 140 Watt charger.

So, is it impossible to charge it with lower wattage charger? I have the original 140w charger but when i'm out of home i want a smaller charger, only for charging it, without using it while charging
