Product: Omen gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had the power supply for my omen laptop die and I ordered a replacement that was HP and I am getting the charge error.  I have checked the specs and cant figure what is going wrong.  My new power supply is an HP 200W 10.3A charger.  I have searched the internet and cant find an Omen branded supply.  Does anybody know how to fix this?

What is your Omen gaming laptop  ? Please turn new charger around to get its p/n and post back BOTH the model/product of your Omen and part number of new charger.
