Charger not compatible

Product: HP x2 Detachable 10-p0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently purchased a HP X2 from the HP store

Sometimes when I plug my charger in it says its not compatible for this device or the icon doesn't come up that indicates its charging, I am using the charger that came with the laptop.

Edit; when I look at hp chargers online they dont look like mine, maybe i got the wrong one in the box?
