Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq103dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
As my charger not working from few days ,I went to the HP service centre located in Hyderabad.The service centre people requested a new charger,but on next day I got a call from them that the charger model of my laptop is not available and said that you have to buy a new charger . Should I pay for the new charger as it in warranty?

Hi,

 

No but where did you buy the machine? I believe your machine came from the US and you bought it from Best Buy. Please confirm. You may need to claim warranty from the US because

 

HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).
