I have a victus gaming laptop Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16t-r000, 16.1 16 GB i7 3050 1TB . Can I know the charger output

Your Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16t-r000, 16.1" requires this charger with p/n: N22367-001 "AC ADPTR 230W SMART PFC 3P 4.5 SLIM", and output: 19.5V, 11.8A, 230-watt, 7.4mm x 5.0mm with center-pin. Not sure if you need a 4.5mm x 3.0mm blue-tip power jack converter cable.

That is a really good question.  During my web searches, I found very few brand-new OEM HP N22367-001 chargers for sale. Here is one purchase option: M41303-001 original HP AC-adapter 230 Watt rounded - sparepartworld.com.

Please note: this charger has a "grey tip" (4.5mm x 2.9mm with center pin):

You could consider saving money and buying a used N22367-001 OEM charger, such as this eBay purchase option: 230W AC Power Adapter Charger for HP Victus 16-S 16-S0000 16-s0097nr N22367-001 | eBay.

However, personally, I would probably consider buying a new quality HP Victus 16 replacement charger -backed by a reputable eCommerce site (which allows for returns in case there are issues) such as this Amazon purchase example: Amazon.com: 230W Slim AC Laptop Charger for HP OMEN 15 16 15-en1013dx 15-ek1013dx 16-b1797nr 16-b108....

However, please make sure your laptop's charger port is a fit for this power connector:
