I want to know that My HP 15s dr0002tx model laptop is actually 65watts or 41watts? Next is MI Hypersonic 20000mah 50watts Power bank does it charge my laptop through dc connector? I know well my type c is only for data transfer not for charging... So pls clarify these 2 questions..

Your machine requires 65W charger, you need a power bank with wattage rating at least 65W for few hours otherwise this is not going to work. Again you have to test the adapter first.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06386948
It comes with 65 W AC power adapter (or charger). It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
Therefore MI Hypersonic 20000mah 50watts won't be able charge your machine.
Regards.

I don't know it works or not. It is not a standard accessory. Why your machine already has a proper charger and you have to use an adapter ?
Regards.
