Hi, i just received my HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0264tx today and its working fine without any issue but when it says low battery, i just connected charger and it started charging but wait charging indicator is showing nothing, i mean its not blinking or indicating anything but when i press charging pin hardly its hows orange light and when don't press it harly at that time battery is charging but indicator is not working.
Whats the problem? i think its hardware related problem, i read somewhere that is show diff color lights for diff status of battery like green for full, but indicator is not working properly. is it problem or i am doing something wrong.
please answer quickly because i thing i need to replace my product.

@Ashok92 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the charging indicator is not working.
In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
