Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I plug in the charger to my laptop (HP windows 10) it shows charging and the little light beside port lights up but the battery doesn't increase and I hear a low noise coming from laptop i didn't heard it before. I also tried to use laptop plugged in without battery, it works but if the AC adapter shakes a bit( by my feet or somehow) , charging stops and laptop turns off. I reinstralled Microsoft AC adapter by unintralling from Device manager and restaring PC but problem didn't solved. I did system and battery diagnostics and it doesn't show any failure. I did system restore and have the latest windows update. Now I am not sure is this problem related to battery or the charger or software/driver. What should I do now?
