Hi, i have a HP laotop 15-bs2xx and I've had this for two years now. It have been acting p recently by only charging when off, if you could get back to me as fast as you can that would be great!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is getting charged when the computer is powered off.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
