Hi
I want to upgrade my notebook by adding an extra 4G RAM. I know it has to be DDR3L . but I don't know the frequency it should be, I thought it has to be 1600MHz but I just checked my Memory details and I don't see 1600 MHz there. I attached the details at the end.
Another question is that, are there any other important features I should consider for buying, like CL11 or PC3L and 12800S?
What are these features? Are they important? or the only necessary features for the RAM I should buy would be DDR3L 1600MHz?
or is it OK to buy an 8G RAM for my extra slot while my old one is 4G and I want to keep that and use them parallel?

CPU-Z shows it uses 1600MHz RAM (it actually shows 798.1MHz, very close to 800MHz and dual of 800MHz is 1600MHz isn't it).
The best option is to buy SAME existing RAM (tab SPD from CPU-Z will show what it is). Otherwise, you can use the following compatible RAM
