My HP Chromebook is less than 1 yr old....the USB charger is not charging.  My serial number or prod number is not recognized.  Can I get a replacement USB charger for my Chromebook.  It's less than 1 year since I purchased my Chromebook.

You can contact HP support to get a replacement charger for your Chromebook. Provide the product number or serial number if available, and explain that the charger is not working. If the product is still under warranty, you may be eligible for a free replacement. If the product is no longer under warranty, you can purchase a replacement charger from HP or an authorized retailer.
