HI,
I need to encrypt my laptop. I have an HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba000nl.
In the system information, run as administrator, the message for encryption is this:
“The hardware security test interface failed and the device is not Modern Standby.”
How can I encrypt my laptop? I really need this feature for work.

Your laptop was delivered with Windows 10 Home.
If that is still the OS and you need to encrypt the laptop, you will need a Windows 10 Pro key to upgrade the OS.
You can upgrade the OS without affecting the installed software and data.
I suggest backing up any important data to and external USB flash drive or hard drive before upgrading the OS.
