Product: OMEN by HP - 15-ce015dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I turned my computer on, it said do not use and contact HP regarding the cooling system is not working properly. I would like to know how or who can help me find where I can get it repaired. I took it to Best Buy Geek squad they said they could not work on it. Need help please.

Not sure why Best Buy can't or won't work on it. It is likely the cooling fan needs to be replaced. The parts could be found and this can be done but you will likely have to find a local shop to do it. HP will no longer work on it and you have seen Best Buy will not. Post back if you are interested in pursuing further.
