Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx

Hey all,

 

I am using hp cc129tx where 8 gb DDR4 SDRAM 2400 Mhz is the current ram config.

I want to upgrade my ram and thus wanted to know the maximum capacity.

 

Using cmd command " wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity " I am getting 32 GB.

BUT the official laptop manual says 16 GB.

 

Which one to follow ?

You can use up to 32GB using compatible RAM such as
