Example: Spectre x360 13" 2020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to buy 2020 HP Spectre 13" 4K 2-in-1 laptop but hesitant since it does not have a HDMI port.  I want to connect this laptop to two HDMI 4K displays.  Does the Spectre 13" 2020 USB-C port support connections to 4K HDMI displays?  Is there a dock available from HP or third party that supports that?  Can I use a portable dock on each USB-C port to connect a 4K HDMI display.  I like the 15" 2020 since it has a HDMI port and may be easier to connect to two 4K HDMI displays.  I can't justify the increase size of 15.6 for what I use a laptop for.  I am trying to replace a Macbook Pro that 13" that connect to two 4K HDMI ports by using dongle from two USB-c ports.
