Hello, i am working with accounting at I have problem with security back up. Not enough memory to do back up. I have deleted from the trash. I have noted that the battery it is not loading, only 3 % left. It is conected. Please let me know how to fix these problems. Best regards

- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Are you getting any error message or code plugged in not charging?
- Does your computer shutdown or freeze up when the ac adapter is unplugged?
