My right hinge bulge and is open at the back. My left hinge is also cracking and bulging. I can not close the top and the rim started cracking and now is broken closer to the bottom and stays open at the bottom. There is a little wire that is cut and sticks out. What shall I do? Apparently a common problem. I like HP and this has been my choice for years, I already had 3. I am disappointed now.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
