The right corner of my laptop's shell has cracked open and it won't hold the hinge or power jack in place. As an unfortunate side effect to things moving around in there, the computer will sometimes stop charging when I have the charger in, especially if I move the screen. Either way, I'll probably have to deal with the broken case first.
What can be done to fix this and as I can see this seems to be a common problem for the Omen, it surprising an HP product would have this type of problem and seems as if no way for consumers to address this issue.
Are there any solutions? or some type of help from HP since this is such a common issue?
I'd really appreciate any possibilities, tips, or suggestions y'all have, and I wish you a pleasant day!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
