HP Pavilion 15-aw001cy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this laptop for awhile already, it was gifted to me for college. I have abosulutely no complaints about the software but upon coming home from class one day I had noticed a screw had fallen out from the back/bottom. After that first screw more and more turned up missing. The laptop was fine for a couple months without those screws, but about a month ago a crack appeared near the power button. I thought nothing of it thinking it was just normal wear and tear from opening and closing the laptop. But just last night the crack near the power button cracked more causing that broken part to come up whenever the laptop is opened, as well as the hinge is out of place. This crack/lifting of the plastic has exposed a wire, so now I am forced to keep the laptop open in order to not further damage the hardware as well as possibly mess up my display/screen.

In short, the laptop is in need of repair and the laptop is vital for my education right now. The warranty is expired, however are the loose screws manufacturer error, I haven't done anything in order to cause these screws to fall out. Once again, I appreciate any help that can be offered.

Thank you again in advance!
