Hello everyone.

It happens that when I plug in the power socket to recharge my notebook or when I plug in an external display connector, I feel current on the aluminum plane around the keyboard. The phenomenon does not happen if I insert a USB connector either on the power side (left) or on the side of the optical drive (right) to connect i.e. an external keyboard but happens when I connect the USB plug of the printer.
I called the assistance but they told me to try to fix the problem by turning to the forum.
I bought the notebook four months ago and it is under warranty.
What should I do? Since it is under warranty I would not open or tamper with it in order to avoid canceling the warranty.

I live in Italy.

Thanks for any reply.
Mario
