<p>I am looking for a way to contact customer relations as my previous month and a half dealing with HP support has not been anywhere near my expectations.</p>
<p>this personal computing customer service is not even 30% of the care commercial support provides. we have a laptop that is six months old and having multiple hardware overheating and failure issues I am looking for a refund or other solution to the issue over the last month. I’ve spent over 40 hours troubleshooting a near brand new PC with very little help from HP support. During this timeframe, they have referred to me as the wrong customer name, returned the computer to an address that was not the proper shipping address and spent over 20 hours not listening to my complaints on what the issue actually is. They are now presenting me with the option of a partial refund for a six month old computer for less than 65% of my overall purchase price None of the solutions provided have fixed the issue and I am looking to escalate this to someone who will take customer concerns, seriously. <br /><br /></p>
