Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an009tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So the battery of my laptop died, I want a replacement. Can a service person come and replace the battery as I live away form a major city with an authorized service center. I tried to call them but got no answer.

Try the HP Spare Online Shop here, you can also find the required part numbers via the HP PartSurfer here. Once shipped it should be easy by yourself to replace it.

It says the part is not sold by hp spare online shop

Edit: plus they don't ship to india
