Dear HP India,
I purchased an HP Victus Laptop from Vijay Sales S G Highway, Ahmedabad on 9th August 2024 (Invoice date: 11th August 2024). On 21st August, while using the laptop's physical keyboard, I discovered that the "e" key had popped up, revealing only 2 locks out of 4. Since 22nd August, I have contacted your support through emails, WhatsApp, and calls. Shockingly, your representatives have been closing my tickets without resolving the issue.
Recently, your team has claimed that this is "physical damage" and cannot be covered under service. This is utterly unacceptable. The laptop should have undergone quality checks before being sold. Your failure to recognize a manufacturing fault and the constant ticket closures are beyond frustrating.
I urge everyone reading this post to think twice before purchasing any HP laptop or device. Spending hard-earned money on products with poor quality control and receiving dismissive service is unacceptable. My experience with Vijay Sales was also disappointing, as they directed me to your service center without offering any assistance.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to thoroughly check any HP products before purchasing to avoid similar issues.

And story goes on and on only calls are coming after 2 months and NO SERVICE AT ALL
I believe company is looking that only one key is broken there are several other keys already on keyboard so let it be. This is happening when you buy HP products.
