Elitebook Folio 9470m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 2004 (Latest update)

I see in my device manager that the following items have warning Triangles on them:

  1. Base System Device (Looks like a USB device)
  2. System device is showing - HP Mobile Data Protection sensor

I have tried the HP soft-packs, I have tired windows updates nothing will resolve these two messages.

I am wondering if item 1 is not related to the battery operation due to the fact that when I take the machine off of mains power battery only last 10 mins. Battery has been replaced not even 6 months ago so I do not think it is a battery issue.

Any help out there?
