Difference between 2 models

I recently bought a laptop online, identified under the model name Pavilion x360 14-dd0812no. The specifications listed on the store website for this model include fingerprint reader and backlit keyboard. I was looking forward to those features, however, they are not included in the machine that I received. 

When checking the system info, the name of the model that appears is Pavilion x360 14-cd0xxx. 

They seem pretty similar as models. Can someone tell me if these are in fact the same machine under different names, or If they are different laptops?

Thank you for answering. THe link you provided did not work, but I found the specifications. I returned the laptop to the store and made them aware of the falty description.
