Disable Clickpad on HP Envy X350 bp-108ca

Short of unplugging the actual pad, nothing so far works. There is no off tap in the pad itself and the is no clickpad tab under the mouse in control panel. ANY ideas? Sucks to have a laptop that is almost impossible to type on.

Hi @Sulli2
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the touchpad issue.
Please try these steps to re-install the touchpad driver -
1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".
2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".
3) Right click TouchPad and then click on uninstall and restart the computer.
4) Download and install the touchpad driver from this link. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
You may also refer to "Disabling the Double Tap to Enable or Disable TouchPad (Windows 10, 8)" from this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
