Hello. I've just picked up my laptop from HP assistance and I was informed that the motherboard was replaced. Once I came home and started to install softwares I happened to find out that the Disk 1 is missing. 

 

I've checked the Disk/Computer Management and there's no trace of it. 

 

I also tried to reinstall the system and there was no trace of Disk 1...

 

What happened? 

 

My computer had been in assistance for 30 days, do I really need to send it again for that much days?!
