Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am unable to take off my laptop case. I have been able to remove the holding clips all around the computer (exept the side of the screen) but the I still can't remove the case. I am afraid to damage the component inside if i introduced something too deep inside. Does anyone have an idea ? Even my friend who knows a lot about computers don't know what to do.

Thanks in advance for your help

You're very welcome.

HP has the wrong manual on your PC's support page.

I use the one from a 3rd party website.

It's the only good one I know of.
