Disks come blank, and HP would only sell W10 recovery media to you.
You can buy any 2.5" drive you want from any reputable manufacturer...western digital, seagate...
I recommend you upgrade to a better performing, normally more reliable solid state drive (SSD).
If you can live with 500 GB of storage, this model provides the best performance for the price, IMHO.

Your notebook came with W10 Home 64 bit according to the specs, so no one will have W7 32 bit installation media.

Use the Media creation tool at the link below to create bootable W10 installation media to reinstall W10 for free.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
