I want to know if my laptop HP model -

14s-er0002TU has an extra ram slot to upgrade it . And which type if ram do it supports. Can i install 8 gb ram in it ? Please help.

This is very frustrating. How hp didn't provided this laptop with extra ram slot? I brought it for $639.3 . It was my last hp product purchase .

Since I don't work for or represent HP, I wouldn't be able to answer your question.

It was just the way the notebook was designed.

You can contact the HP executive team at the link below and see why the notebook was designed with only one memory slot.

All you need to do is to remove the existing memory chip and install a memory chip with more GB.
