Yes see p. 7 of the Manual here:
The docking connector item 6 is for the Ultraslim Dock but if you look at official specs the 840 G5 is not on the compatibility list for the Ultraslim dock. We are using one with a Zbook 15u G3 which has the same dock connector and it also is not on the compatibility list.
However, you would be connecting old hardware to a new device. You can also use HP Thunderbolt 3 Dock, HP Elite USB-C Docking Station G2, HP USB-C Travel Dock

My advice is if you have Thunderbolt (you do) then use it as it is so far superior to any earlier interface for docking. Go future-proof in other words.
