Does My 15q-bu008tx support NVME M.2 SSD and Maximum memory Size of Upgrade SSD? please help me to sort out and which one i should buy ? NVME or SATA which one is support for my laptop mode 15q-bu008tx ?

M.2 SATA SSD is likely supported. Not NVME. Here is the Service Manual:
Start on p. 42 to remove the back cover and inside you may see an M.2 slot as so:
In this model series we have had some reports that the M.2 slot is not actually present. This seems particularly to happen with the 6th gen CPUs as in your case. So open first, please. Assuming the slot is there it can take a 2280 form factor SATA M.2 SSD. There is no max size. I have seen 4 TBs and 2 TBs are common and either would work if you want to spend that much.
