Does HP do service repair during the Holiday Season?

Hi!
I'm having a laptop sent to HP for some keyboard repairs.
My question is: Does HP do repairs/ship during the holiday season? I need the computer back ASAP for work purposes, and would like to know if I should postpone my order.

In all reality, it is unlikely that you will get the laptop back in a short time period.  Not due so much to the holidays, but due more to reduced staffing and much longer wait times since the Pandemic hit.

Even locally, repairs that used to take days now take weeks.

Your best bet would be to contact the HP facility directly to get information from them about WHEN you could reasonably expect to get the equipment back.  Don't be surprised if they tell you several weeks, not days.
