Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So on the specifications document it says that the port is a Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery. When it mentions power delivery does that mean it can charge other devices or that a usb type c cable can charge it?

many thanks.

Thanks for the definition, so I assume it can then as I just did a little extra research and it said “Another point of interest regarding Power Delivery is that it allows for power to flow both ways, with no set direction based on circuit or connection” so I assume I can charge my laptop with usb type c. If I am wrong please tell me.

Many thanks for the quick reply.

So, would it be safe to test on my laptop (seeing if it actually charges from the USB type-C port) or could it damage internal components?
