Product: 15g-br0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Laptop 15g-br0xx having 2 years of unexpired warranty period. I wish to upgrade RAM from 4GB to 8 GB. Please advise whether if done on my own will void the warranty or do I have to compulsorily have to get it done by HP Authorised center.

I always say: Warranty is a grey/gray area very hard to say in concrete. For new generation machines adding something is a work for Authorized Service Provider parts . You can add yourself. If something went wrong due to this upgrade, HP would not honor warranty.
