I have HP Pavilion x360-13-s161nr with 1 TB HDD, which i bought in 2017. Now i want to upgrade it with SSD (specifically sandisk ultra 3d 512gb ssd) coz i dont know much about SSDs thats why mentioning the specific type I want to buy. Does this system support SSDs? And moreover I have already upgraded it RAM from 4 to 8, can anyone tell that what max RAM it can support?

Yes. Here is the Service Manual:
You can just replace the hard drive with the 2.5 inch SATA SSD you ask about.
See p. 24-30 for "how to".
You can clean load Windows 10 onto it with a free Microsoft download, you can clone or you can do a factory HP recovery onto the new SSD.
Max RAM is 16 gigs (2 x 8 gig DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM).
