Yes, each machine of the series has
- AC Smart Pin adapter plug
- Audio-out (headphone)/audio-in (microphone) combo jack
- HDMI v2.0 supporting up to 1920 × 1080 @ 60Hz
- RJ-45 (network) jack
- USB 3.1 Type-A ports (2, right side)
- USB Type-C port; USB 3.1 Gen 1 (left side); supports data transfer
- HDMI supporting up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60Hz (select products only)
The specs of your machine is

which does not have dedicated GPU therefore most likely you only get 4096 x 2160 at 30Hz.
