I wanna upgrade storage from HDD to SSD Sata 3 

So I wanna know if my laptop support Sata 3 SSD and what is the maximum data transfer speed to built-in cable in my laptop  ?

You did not finish this but yes you can replace the 2.5 inch mechanical hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD and the transfer speed would be about 500 mbps +/- 10%. Post back if you want more specifics.

Look at pages 52-53 and then 60-62 for how to. An SSD is exactly the same shape and with the same connectors as the hard drive so just replace the hard drive with an SSD. SSD:
