Does swollen batteries come in warranty?

I changed my battery 2 months ago and it has swollen and it has 6 month warranty. So in warranty swollen batteries are considered or not?

Did you purchase the battery from a third party or directly from HP?

Did you have the work done at a shop or at an HP Service Center?

It should be covered by warranty, but you will have to inquire and read the warranty to see if it is.

No it's not HP centre but they installed HP battery only.

HP HT03XL Battery OG LOOSE. 2200/-

I would expect the vendor that you purchased the battery from to honor warranty and replace the faulty battery.

I certainly cannot guarantee that they will do that.
