Hey there, it's again me with my df0018wm. Anyways I've recently heard that it makes a slight sizzling noise type when I hear closer but I may not think it has a fan but is it the heat sink or does it actually have one?

Hi:

 

Notebooks with the Intel Celeron processors don't come with fans.

 

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

It comes with a non-functional 'dummy fan.'

It does have a heat sink which they call a heat plate.
