Is it possible to upgrade the HP 15 BS031WM to SSD M.2 NVME?

Every M.2 slot in any HP notebook or desktop that I know of has a M.2 slot with one key.

That's why you need to read the service manual to see what type of drive the slot supports.

I 100% guarantee you that if you install a M.2 NVMe SSD in your notebook it will not work.

The 15-bsxxx model series only supports M.2 SATA SSD's, not NVMe.

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types:

Even in the motherboard, the HP 15 BS031WM has a slot for SSD NVME type?
