Does the16-a0021nd support power over usb-c?

The specifications of the 16-a0021nd doesn't say if the USB-C is able to be powered over the port.

The USB C port on your computer cannot power the laptop or charge the battery. Usually, a thunderbolt port is required to power the computer.
