Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP only has the service manual for the older model series on your notebook's support page.

 

HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV) Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

That manual indicates only one M.2 slot for a SSD.

 

So unless someone has a 15-ec2xxx notebook, took it apart, and sees this discussion, unfortunately no one here would be able to answer your question at this time.
