Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ENVY x360 15: The USB type C port remains powered when the PC is turned off. If anything is left connected, the battery is drained. Is there a way around this?

There is an option for usb charging....you can turn that off.

I need the full model number so I can look up the BIOS emulator to see if there is a BIOS setting to turn off the USB charging while the PC is turned off. There should be.

The full model name is HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0007na, and the product number is 4TX40EA#ABU

That did the trick - I never thought to look in the BIOS - just like the old days!
