Hi community!

 

During my battery test, that wasn't run due to a error (ID MFJDVD-928AAX-GXGJ3G-C09303). I tried to do this test because sometimes the pc turns itself off at 30% battery level and I wanted to calibrate it but the error occured and i couldn't do it. 

Can anyone help me?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to hardware related issue. 
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
