HP Recommended
EX950 1TB NvME SSD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This drive is designed to be super fast but the firmware with which it is shipped has a problem and the performance is very strange (write speed higher than read speed, etc). This has been reported by several reviews. These sites have also reported that this is fixed with a firmware upgrade, but this upgrade is nowhere to be found. So I'm stuck with a SSD that is designed to be a racing car but performs as a street car. Can someone help me find this update?

Thanks!

PS: The HP Support site works very badly for this product. When I enter the serial number the site responds that they cannot identify the product and so no contact options are given.
