Elite X2 with 0% battery

Elite X2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Elite X2 shows one battery charging slowly - the other battery with a 0% charge.  Not sure which battery is located where... everything works fine unplugged... Battery Checker test result says "canceled"  AC adapter test says "passed"

Open to suggestions on determining which battery is 0% and what I can do to fix it.
