HP Recommended
Product: HP EliteBook 725 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have two EliteBook 725 G3 model laptops, both of which have been in storage (not turned on) for about 8 months. Both were pulled out this week to be used, and now both show 0% battery charge and neither will charge when plugged in. Both are running Windows 10 Pro.

 

I've seen a number of ideas on these forums about what to do, but it's not clear to me if the issue and how to resolve it has been determined?  I would very much appreciate any input.
