Hi, My HP Envy 360 is 18 months old. I went to close it today and the bottom of the screen popped out. I have been very careful with the laptop and have been looking online tonight to discover this is a well known issue. Does anyone have a solution?

We understand you have trouble with the Hinge that has popped out. Sorry to hear. Could you share the image of the issue and send it in a Private message with the pc details so we can try to find all the help?
